Noxra - Terms of Service
Service Agreement

1. Overview & Identity
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Noxra application, provided by Bliszkot Digital Solutions. By accessing or using Noxra, you agree to comply with these terms, as well as the Google APIs Terms of Service which govern our integration features.
2. Google API Services & Integration
Noxra integrates with Google API Services (specifically Google Calendar) to provide its core productivity features. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Permitted Use: You will use the Google-connected features solely for their intended purpose—managing your own tasks and calendar events.
- Compliance: Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- No Deception: You are prohibited from using the application to deceive Google or other users about your identity or the intent of your calendar activities.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempting to bypass OAuth security measures.
- Using Noxra for unauthorized data aggregation or surveillance.
- Misrepresenting your environment (e.g., using unauthorized user-agent strings).
- Reverse engineering any part of the Noxra/Google integration logic.
4. Mixed Audience Notice
Noxra is a mixed-audience application. While we provide Google Sign-In as an optional feature, it is NOT intended for children under the age of 13. Users under 13 should not use the Google Account integration features.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account and the local device where Noxra is installed. Bliszkot is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Deleting the App results in all local data being purged.
